How, exactly, does that happen without the complicity of her jailers, when she has been in jail for three days? And they falsified the logs? And video shows no one other than her jailers in contact with her?

Even if she did kill herself, could the treatment she received (after all, she was essentially jailed for not using a turn signal when she changed lanes to make way for a police car with lights coming up behind her) or her intoxication (which occurred AFTER she was locked up) have been contributing factors?

It will be tough, indeed, but surely the authorities have some level of responsibility here. Civil law has less of a burden re reasonable doubt than criminal law. Perhaps that is the path to accountability.
