years of black mayors, they currently have a white mayor but I haven't seen any signs that he is a racist. He was elected with black support. 58% of New Orleans cops are black, and that kind of diversity is up and down the chain of command. The city council, school board, and state representatives are majority black as is the US Congressman.

So you're position is that these majority black officials are racist against their own race or would put up with and enable a non black minority of racist officials.

C'mon. Put the hate away and think logically.
