"From my view this ugly American era needs to be debated honestly. All secrets must be opened for public airing which will likely expose not only the media complicity to crimes but also the high level banking corruption that has international implications."
I think you're right. Posting the Ten Commandments in the sky ain't going to get it. "Gawd has forgiven me totally, for all that shit," or "I forgot," will not suffice to whitewash away such ruthless criminal activity as America suffered under the yolk of neconism gone vile. There was no facet of American government left un-raided un-plundered or un-pillaged, by the Bush Cheney gang. Give Jeb the keys to the White House and the neocons will all be back in business, unless all that dirty laundry is aired out before the election in 2016. It's time for all truth to come out, or you may consider trust extinct in Washington. A government by the bidder, and for the bidder needs to be addressed also, ASAP.
I hate as bad as anyone in America, what happened in New York and Washington on 9/11/2001. I hate it even worse that our government stooped to the same murderous level as the "Bad Guys." The real shock and awe, is that the neocons so far, have gotten away with the horrible crimes that they have committed. Let the criminals run wild and they will never stop the madness of the Bush administration. All of Lady Liberty's tears are no doubt rusting away her very foundation.
"Should any American soldier be so base and infamous as to injure any [prisoner]. . . I do most earnestly enjoin you to bring him to such severe and exemplary punishment as the enormity of the crime may require. Should it extend to death itself, it will not be disproportional to its guilt at such a time and in such a cause... for by such conduct they bring shame, disgrace and ruin to themselves and their country."
-- George Washington, charge to the Northern Expeditionary Force, Sept. 14, 1775
The "Bad Apple Gang" will always want another chance.
