Need DU opinion regarding "donation" stalking by private school. [View all]

I get this snail mail request for money from a private school I attended and was expelled from almost 40 years ago. I don't feel that bad about getting expelled from this school.

I've read that in the U.S. it's considered okay to ask anyone for money. Nevertheless, as a matter of principal, I'm considering my options:

1. Ignore it,


2. Write back to them with every grievance I have of them, and ask for justification for a donation under these particular circumstances,


3. Write back the them and demand they never send me anything ever again.

Maybe there are other options I haven't considered.

It really bothers me that they even know my current address, hearing from them is kind of like being stalked, given the expulsion. It's creepy as hell.
