Big day. [View all]

Today I made red lentil soup, and was able to taste and eat.

Onion chopped medium
Olive oil
Red lentils 1 cup
Cumin to taste
S/P
Water or chicken broth 6 cups add more as needed
Lemon juice. To taste

Yogurt makes a good topping.

I also drank some coffee and some ginger lemon tea

I finished my prednisone yesterday. It helped

I think this is the start of something good.i

Thai Carrot peanut soup is in my future

Never been a salt eater. Solly Mack Jul 2016 #35
The capers add salt. Rinsing them cuts the salt alfredo Jul 2016 #38
