I see Bernie as a strong decent step towards that provided we use that economic pivot to keep moving in a direction that betters life for the US AND for places where we used neoconservative and neoliberal tools to exploit their labor and expropriate their wealth leaving them in in utter desolation. If we don't demand our reps value the lives of workers they exploit overseas, what makes us thing they'll respect our exploited labor here?
